Jan started at Danlamp as production manager in 1996 and took charge in 2007 when he bought the factory.

Jan is involved in all things large and small that happen in Danlamp. He takes part in all the activities of the company from strategic decisions to snow clearing – and is also happy to lend a hand in production.

Jan is the decision maker and strategist of the company – and a man of ideas that seeks new directions for Danlamp. Jan is also the Sales Manager and is eager to solve even the most unusual and complicated customer requests.

Vera has been employed at Danlamp for more than 30 years. She handles all financial transactions and takes care of bookkeeping and invoicing.

Vera is our ’hotline’ and handles all telephonic inquiries. In this capacity she has built up detailed knowledge about our customers and products.

Vera is also the ’mum’ of Danlamp. She is the one that makes sure that flowers are always on the tables and coffee is always served with cookies. She is the gathering point that all employees visit to discuss the large and small events of the day.

Henrik has been with Danlamp since the year 2000 – starting as a technician and moving on to a position as production manager since 2007. Henrik handles production planning and is a goal-oriented leader that aims for perfect solutions.

Henrik’s technical skills are a valuable asset for the company. He is the tech wiz of the company, adjusts the production machinery himself and also lends a hand in the implementation of our IT-solutions.

Henrik is also head of staff and handles staff development interviews amongst other things.
